Maria is driven by the ambition to create a best-in-class engagement and performance management platform. She is currently driving the integration of AI across both product development and ways of working. She has previously served as CTO at Prisjakt, Sweden’s largest price comparison service, Zmarta Group, a consumer comparison services company, and Joint Academy, a digital healthcare company focused on treating osteoarthritis.
