Before adopting Eletive in early 2023, The Openwork Partnership relied on traditional methods of data collection, including focus groups and high-level reporting.

While our old approach offered a broad understanding of employee sentiment, it lacked the granularity and segmentation required to develop effective and targeted action plans.
The manual nature of these processes was both time-consuming and inefficient, and insights were limited to organisational levels, leaving team-specific feedback unrecorded. According to Rory, “The old approach meant a lot of manual work. We were working with focus groups, which was time-consuming and inefficient.”
This lack of detailed insights made it difficult to validate decisions or secure buy-in from stakeholders. The impersonal nature of the approach also lowered engagement, as employees didn’t feel that their specific concerns were being heard or addressed.
